It's #BackBritishFarmersDay!

To all the farmers across South West Devon, thank you for what you do to contribute to food production in the UK.

We have farmers old and young in the constituency and brilliant examples of modern farming practices such as those at How Now Dairy Ugborough and Johnny's Farm in Sherford. We also have Moorland farmers who graze livestock on Dartmoor. You all make up a crucial part of our local community.

However you farm I am keen to find out how I can help as prospective MP and will ensure that if elected, I can speak up for you and the rural economy on a national level too, making sure your voice is heard. I'm alway up for a visit too!

And for those of us who simply support local farmers as customers and consumers, let's make sure we #buybritish where we can so we do our bit for the local economy and environment!
