Huge congratulations to the Friends of Cornwood Primary School for their fantastic ‘Big Breakfast’ event which I attended this morning.
It was a delicious start to the day and a great chance to meet local residents and hear about some of the challenges the community is currently working on. I know that housing is a big issue and also the condition of the Cornwood Primary School buildings and these are both issues I look forward to working with the community on.
Thanks to my colleague, Tony Carson, for inviting me to join him. He’d been invited along, having attended the Parish Council meeting a few days before, and when he asked if I’d like to pop along to support the school, I was happy to join in!
