I was honoured to be asked by PEM Disability Football Club to judge submissions for their new slogan. PEM FC are a friendly, pan-disability football club in Plymstock. Their team of volunteers are true local heros, unlocking access to sport for children and young people with disabilities. I've been supporting PEM since they were founded as a councillor and now MP.
After judging stiff competition, I settled on "Sport Knows No Limits, Neither Do We", believing the slogan captured the spirit of the football club. I look forward to remaining involved and watching the team go from strength to strength in the years ahead.
