Well done to the South Hams Active travel team for a fantastic #pedalpower event in Ivybridge today! I hope everyone who attended enjoyed it as much as I did.
Great to pop along and support. Really enjoyed catching up with the Sustrans and PL21 Transition teams and chatting with the Mayor of Ivybridge Town Council, members of the South Hams District Council & West Devon Borough Council staff team, Dartmoor National Park Authority and the Ivybridge Fire Service.
Also fun to try the smoothie bike and see the ingredients turn to a delicious drink as a result of my pedal power!
I’m really supportive of the work being done to enable safe cycling around Ivybridge and Lee Mill, as well as further into Plympton and Plymouth and will continue to champion this in the months ahead.
