I have been informed by Plymouth City Council today that Laira Bridge has been reopened, providing access to walkers and cyclists. Vegetation has been cut back to make the approach more welcoming.
Welfare arrangements and fencing will be removed later this week and the final lighting is being finished in due course but council were keen to get on an re-open.
