Government must help farmers protect environment, argues Rebecca on ITV West Country

On Thursday I joined the ITV West Country Debate. A whole raft of subjects were discussed ahead of the Budget.

My key message: "Farmers want to do the right thing [on the environment] but they can't do that unless the Government backs them. [...] At the moment, it doesn't sound like that's what's coming forward."
